Why don't you publish prices on this page?

Pricing scales with your industry, your volume, and your integration needs — a quote built around your actual setup is more accurate, and usually better, than a list price. We share full pricing on a short call, with no obligation.

How is an "interaction" counted?

An interaction is one unit of customer engagement: every outgoing email, every closed web-chat session, and every messaging message (inbound and outbound within a 24-hour window) on WhatsApp and similar channels. You're metered on interactions — never on team seats.

What's the difference between standard and premium integrations?

Standard integrations are pre-built connectors to common platforms — Shopify, Salesforce, HubSpot, Opera PMS, and similar. Premium integrations are complex or custom connections: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), legacy systems, and proprietary APIs that need advanced configuration.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Tiers are designed to scale with you — move up as your volume, properties, products, or programs grow. No re-implementation, no migration project.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Nonprofit-sector discounts are available on every Nonprofit tier. Mention it when you request a quote.

Is there an implementation fee?

Most Industry Solutions include a one-time implementation covering integration setup, configuration, content tuning, and team training. The exact scope and fee are confirmed in your quote.
